For many years, the clinic previously known as Carlton Family Medical served this diverse neighbourhood with dedication and commitment. As the population continued to grow — supported by new residential developments, a thriving multicultural community, and the ongoing expansion of the university precinct — the demand for high-quality, modern primary healthcare also increased.

In 2025, the opportunity arose for a new chapter. After thoughtful discussions with the existing team, the decision was made for the clinic to join the Atticus Health group, allowing us to strengthen our services and bring a more integrated, patient-centred healthcare model to the Carlton community.

With this transition, we proudly introduced our new name: Atticus Health Carlton Medical Clinic.

Our team worked together to refresh the clinic environment, modernise systems, and ensure that patients continued to receive the same familiar care — now supported by the wider experience and resources of Atticus Health across Victoria.

Today, Atticus Health Carlton Medical Clinic provides care to a wide range of residents: university students, young professionals, migrant families, long-standing locals, and seniors who have contributed to the heart of this community for decades. We also collaborate with nearby aged-care services, community organisations, and local partners to ensure continuity of care.
