Atticus Health Paynesville is your local GP clinic and Keel Nurse hub, based at 78 Ashley Street, Paynesville VIC 3880, right at the heart of the Palm Lake Resort Paynesville community.

Rather than juggling different services and different phone numbers, patients here have one familiar face: Rachael Sullivan, our on-site Care Partner RN and Keel Nurse. Rachael brings GP-linked care, home care coordination and equipment support together as one continuous relationship, so you can stay well, stay connected and stay independent at home.

Our Paynesville clinic offers nurse-led care on site Monday to Friday, with a GP on site every Wednesday, plus GP access face to face and via telehealth through Doctor In My Pocket for new patients. Beyond primary care, the clinic connects patients to telehealth psychology, sleep studies and CPAP support, and home care coordinated with Mark & Sylvie’s Home Care, alongside assistive technology through Willing Enable to support your independence at home.

As part of Atticus Health, a B Corporation certified, AGPAL-accredited healthcare group, Paynesville patients have access to a full network of GP, allied health, home care and aged care services across Victoria. New patients are always welcome.

We generally deal with all sorts of medical issues. However, if you have a particular need, please call us and we’re happy to discuss which practitioner or service might best be able to help you.

Here are a few tips to consider when making an appointment, so that you can get the greatest benefit from the experience:

• New patients require double appointments.  This is generally true.  If you’re a new patient, chances are that it will be helpful to really take a full history – which takes a bit more time.  However, once we get to really know you, we can then work together to working out the best solution.
• Do you need a double appointment?  Even if you are an existing patient, you may have quite a complex medical history or present issue, or a few issues to deal with.  If this is true, you should consider booking a double appointment.
• Skin checks should be made as a double appointment.
• Cancellation fee: Note that if you fail to turn up to an appointment you have made, with no prior notice, we are entitled to charge you a $50 cancellation fee.
