Atticus Health is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee practice and clinic management across Carlton, Melbourne CBD and Highett. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing reception teams, streamlining clinic operations, and ensuring seamless integration of our home care services with general practice operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the operations of three busy and vibrant clinics, ensuring high standards of patient service
  • Monitor and optimise administrative processes, including scheduling, billing, claims, and records management
  • Ensure smooth integration between practice operations and home care services
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to clinic workflows
  • Maintain compliance with practice policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
  • Play a key role in the growth of a community-focused healthcare organisation

What You Bring

  • Experience in practice or clinic management, medical reception, or health administration
  • Confident with information systems and digital tools; tech-savvy and quick to learn
  • Comfortable suggesting improvements and challenging current processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage operations across multiple sites
  • Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
