As the sun starts shining brighter and the days grow longer, we’re reminded of what makes this season magical, family picnics, beachside laughter, outdoor adventures, and endless moments under the clear blue skies.
Your wellbeing, joy and safety are at the center of everything we do. So, before you dive into summer, let’s explore some tips for staying safe and making memories, guided by the 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
🏖️ 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺: 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘔𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴
Whether it’s splashing by the shore or enjoying a tranquil lake, safety comes first. 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘱. 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬. 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦. It’s not just advice, it’s a way to keep you and your family safe.
☀️ 𝘚𝘶𝘯 𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵: 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘺
Australia’s sun is iconic, but it’s also a force to be reckoned with. We are all about living life outdoors, but 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘱, 𝘚𝘭𝘰𝘱, 𝘚𝘭𝘢𝘱, 𝘚𝘦𝘦𝘬, and 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘦 are your ultimate summer companions. A hat, sunscreen, and shade aren’t just accessories, they’re lifesavers in disguise.
🔥 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦 & 𝘈𝘪𝘳 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺: 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘢𝘴𝘺
We love an outdoor run or a backyard cricket match, but smoke haze isn’t just a spoiler, it’s a health risk. When the air turns smoky, listen to your body, stay hydrated, and don’t hesitate to shift indoors.
This summer, let’s rewrite the rules of fun. It’s not about taking risks, it’s about taking care. Your health is a treasure and every moment is a gift worth protecting.
Stay safe. Stay kind. And know that we are always here for you, providing holistic care and looking out for you.
𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 — 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘺 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘭, 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺.

“𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵.” That’s how the world sees us, and honestly, we couldn’t be prouder.
It’s not just about winning awards (though, yes, we did that). It’s about Easter Egg hunts with kids, Santa’s visits to our patients, and a team that believes in giving back as much as we care.
Here’s Toria, holding the newspaper that tells our story, a story of care, connection, and community.
Because Atticus Health Jindivick isn’t just a clinic. It’s family.

As the calendar turns to a fresh start, we pause to reflect on the incredible journey we have shared with our community throughout 2024. We believe healthcare isn’t just about medicine, it’s about people, connection, and the simple yet profound act of genuine caring.
This past year, we have been humbled and inspired by the strength, resilience, and kindness of those we have had the privilege to serve. You’ve allowed us to walk alongside you through life’s challenges and victories, and for that, we are endlessly grateful.
Here’s to a year of compassion, connection, and care. To holding each other up. To spreading kindness, embracing our shared humanity, and making health and happiness a priority, not just for ourselves, but for the world around us.
