About the Role
As our Home Care Manager in the Adelaide region, you’ll lead a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver high-quality, personalised support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our services are not only compliant but also truly person-centred.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead with Compassion: Inspire and support your team to uphold our high standards of care.
- Tailor Every Experience: Design and oversee personalised care plans that respect each client’s individual needs and preferences.
- Uphold Excellence: Ensure compliance with care standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate for Better Outcomes: Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, holistic care.
- Manage Resources Wisely: Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and care agreements to ensure optimal delivery of services.
What You Bring
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification and current registration
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of home care standards and regulations
- Confidence using care management systems and digital tools
