About the Role
As the Home Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and supporting your care team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of care workers
- Developing and reviewing client-centred care plans
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Conducting regular client assessments and service reviews
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, clients, and families
- Managing care budgets and service agreements
- Promoting continuous improvement and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with current registration
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulations and home care best practice
- Proficiency in using electronic health records or care management systems
We believe home care is personal and happens in person.
