About the Role:

As Home Care Manager in Maleny and the Sunshine Coast region, you’ll be at the forefront of our home care services, guiding a team of caregivers to provide the best care possible. Your leadership and care will ensure each client receives high-quality, personalised support in the comfort of their own home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of compassionate caregivers, setting a standard of excellence through guidance and support.
  • Personalise Care Plans: Develop and implement care plans that are as unique as each client, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Oversee adherence to healthcare regulations while driving best practices that elevate our standard of care.
  • Client-Focused Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to tailor services to individual needs.
  • Resource Management: Optimise budgets, resources, and client service agreements, ensuring our clients always receive the highest standard of care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Nursing Background: Current registration or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
  • Leadership and Organisation: A knack for leadership and a passion for inspiring teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Standards: Deep understanding of home care regulations and best practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with electronic health records and care management software is a plus.
