Atticus Health is seeking a Consultant Geriatrician to join our growing aged care team, delivering specialist geriatric care to both residential aged care facilities and home care clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and Queensland.
This role is suited to a Consultant Geriatrician (or Advanced Trainee nearing completion) who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and enjoys working across diverse care settings, including in-home care. Flexible telehealth options are available, allowing you to work remotely while supporting patients and care teams on the ground.

About the Consultant Geriatrician role
In this role, you will:
- Provide specialist geriatric assessments, care planning and reviews via telehealth to residents in aged care facilities and older people receiving care in their own homes
- Collaborate closely with our experienced GPs, nurses, allied health and care teams
- Participate in case conferencing and multidisciplinary care planning remotely
- Contribute to evolving, integrated models of aged and geriatric care
This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, continuity of care, and the opportunity to support older people across different care settings.
