Medical Administrator – forge your career in health care

An integral role in medical administration to grow. 

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our administration team at our headquarters at Highett.

Features of the role:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm at Highett
  • Deal with customer calls regarding health care and home care
  • Take a lead role in liaising with the residential aged care facilities which we service
  • Tasks would include answering new patient, home care and residential aged care client enquiries, booking doctors appointments, medical billing and various other related administrative duties
  • Learn about our exciting integration of healthcare and home care
  • Interact with a fun, dedicated team

About the person we are looking for

  • A team player
  • Experience with healthcare, aged care or home care would be ideal, but not essential
  • Someone with a curious mind, eager to learn
  • A passion for health care, particularly for helping the elderly
  • Experience in customer service with a good telephone manner
  • Ability to perform administrative duties efficiently with attention to detail
  • Solid computer literacy and proficiency. There will be particular industry softwares that we will happily train you on
  • Reliable and keen to really become a core part of a team in a full time capacity
