About the role
We are looking for someone to join our administration team at our headquarters at Highett.
Features of the role:
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm at Highett
- Deal with customer calls regarding health care and home care
- Take a lead role in liaising with the residential aged care facilities which we service
- Tasks would include answering new patient, home care and residential aged care client enquiries, booking doctors appointments, medical billing and various other related administrative duties
- Learn about our exciting integration of healthcare and home care
- Interact with a fun, dedicated team

About the person we are looking for
- A team player
- Experience with healthcare, aged care or home care would be ideal, but not essential
- Someone with a curious mind, eager to learn
- A passion for health care, particularly for helping the elderly
- Experience in customer service with a good telephone manner
- Ability to perform administrative duties efficiently with attention to detail
- Solid computer literacy and proficiency. There will be particular industry softwares that we will happily train you on
- Reliable and keen to really become a core part of a team in a full time capacity
