In Home GP Services

At Atticus Health, we consider caring for the elderly in our community to be an important and fulfilling responsibility. To this end, we’re pleased to provide GP home visits for elderly patients as part of ongoing care plans.

What is in Home Care

Moving into their later years, many people prefer to continue living in their home and community instead relocating to an aged care facility.

However, reduced mobility may mean that attending health clinics becomes more difficult over time. In-home medical services can therefore play a key role in managing health in a home environment.

What We Offer

Assisted by 24-hour monitoring technology designed to support successful aging-in-place, our team works together to provide well-informed medical care for elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. We’re committed to delivering peace of mind, along with a high standard of communication and a caring attitude.

Our staff have specialised experience in meeting the needs of elderly patients. Through our in-home services, we aim to maximise our patients’ personal independence and agency, without sacrificing high quality medical and health care.
