Outside of the medical clinics, we also require nurses to help in our home care division, Mark & Sylvie’s Home Care. Activities relating to that role may include wound management and various other aspects post hospital care.

We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care on a casual basis to start, with a view to permanent position once our client base grows. We are the only government Home Care Package provider run by GP’s, and we are passionate about bringing Health care and Home care together. Our goal is to build a strong relationship with our clients, and help them achieve what is important to them in their life. As a PCA, You will be visiting clients in their homes around the SE Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula, helping them with things like showering, dressing, wound care, medications (if applicable) etc. You will work closely with our care managers, and have support from our medical team to help you care for your clients. You will need a cert 3 or 4 for this role, as well as drivers license, car, smart phone and national police check.
We are looking for a Domestic Support Worker to join Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care on a casual basis. At Mark and Sylvie’s Home Care we are passionate about helping the elderly to stay at home
as long as they can or want. You will be working closely with our care managers and our GP’s to help our clients achieve their goals. You will need a drivers licence, car, smart phone and a national police check for this job. You will be visiting clients in their homes around the SE Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula, helping them with common domestic support such as cleaning, laundry, transport to appointments or companionship.
We are looking for a fully qualified psychologist to work as a contractor servicing our medical clinics. This would be a combined face to face and telehealth role. Referrals would be under a GP mental health care plan. Private billing along with medicare rebates would apply.
Our medical clinics are located from the Melbourne CBD down into the South East suburbs of Melbourne. It would be required to work face to face from at least some of these locations.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work as a contractor to work primarily as part of our home care team. The role will involve conducting home assessments. There may also be scope to work from our medical clinics as required.
The need would initially be part time, growing to full time as our home care client base expands.
As we continue to integrate more members into our clinical team, we now require a physiotherapist to work full time within two key areas:
You will work as a contractor where medicare rebates with private out of pocket fees applying. With a large network of in-house GPs, and a reputable established brand, you will be busy from the outset.
If you are a new Fellow, or just about to finish your final registrar term, then you may still be curious about areas within general practice that you haven’t had an opportunity to really explore.
About the program
This is a 12 or 24 month program, designed to allow new fellows to trial various specialist areas within general practice, to discover more about themselves, to rapidly develop and hone their skills and explore more of the true potential that being a generalist in the modern world has to offer.
