What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a therapeutic approach with a holistic perspective on health and disease.

In its core lies the principle that the body possess inner healing abilities.

Naturopathy is based on the principle of treating the whole person not just the disease or its symptoms.

Practitioner and patient are working together to uncover the CAUSES for the disease and establish balance in the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the individual’s health.

The naturopath uses modalities which are as close as possible to what Mother Nature provides.

Who can benefit? EVERYONE!

  • Children: Build your child’s immunity when joining day care or school. Support physical and mental development.
  • Teenagers: Help to manage anxiety and stress levels in a safe manner, with school and social life demands. Improve skin health.
  • Adults: Optimize energy levels, weight management, boost immunity and more!

Radiant health comes from within. It requires commitment and maintenance, just like a car that needs to be regularly serviced, so does our body needs to be constantly looked after and nourished to optimise health.
